Adrienne Barbeau (36D)

Adrienne Barbeau is most famous for appearing in that grating TV series "Maude". I watched parts of "Cannonball Run" and "Escape from New York", but she really put in a good showing (as it were) in "Swamp Thing".

Before her TV and movie career began in the mid-1970s, she danced in New York go-go bars and appeared in Broadway shows, including "Grease".

This is the 40th Classic Lady to be posted to this blog, and I wanted to wrap up the "Top 40" in a big way.

Previously, I had actresses like Tanya Roberts and Jennifer Tilley on my top 40 list, but they got pushed down in favor of others. Hell, months before I started this blog I even had Alyssa Milano in my top 10, but that was before I started considering the various European babes that strip and/or screw at the drop of a hat.

Most recently, I had put Olivia Pascal in the top 40 (the only one not to be posted yet), but a few days ago I realized that she is too obscure and wasn't really all that impressive in the 3 movies I saw her in.

So....... I have settled on busty Candy Samples to "round" out the Top 40. Along with similarly big-boobed Kitten Natividad and Uschi Digard, Candy was an early pioneer of softcore and not-so-softcore porn flicks in the early 1970s.

She seems to have been a bit older during her prime than others at that time, but her enormous chest and her on-screen hi-jinks more than make up for that (IMO), enabling her to bust into my top 40.

As I recall, she only has cameo appearances in most of the movies above.  But in "Bust Out", she and her husband are taking 4 or 5 college girls on a hike through the woods, when they are detained by 2 escaped convicts.  The convicts take turns with each of the young girls, then while they are all in a cabin, one of the jailbirds strips the busty Ms. Samples and plows her on the picnic table, while hubby and the girls are forced to watch.   (Who says camping isn't fun?!?)

I have her at #38 based on her huge boobs, and her on-screen activities not only with men, but with other ladies like Uschi Digard and Kitten Natividad.

Pam Anderson (39DD)

Pam Anderson doesn't really appeal to me, what with her fake boobs, caked-on makeup, and bleach-blonde hair, but I feel almost obligated to include her in this blog, so here she is.

Like many others, I watched "Barb Wire", but that was a waste of time. I also watched her in "Snapdragon", but that was about 10 years ago, and I've completely forgotten what that was about.

Her movies I'd like to see: 
Nah, I've seen enough. I don't even think I would watch her sex tape with Tommy Lee.  (Well, maybe a few minutes.  LOL)

I have her at #36, but in hindsight, I would put Mimi Rogers above her.

Cheri Caffaro

Cheri Caffaro is a thin, athletic blonde (with prominent tan lines) who appeared in a few movies in the early-1970s as Ginger, a tough-chick crime fighter out to bring down drug lords, pimps, and what-not.

Along the way, she always seemed to get kidnapped and raped, but in the end the good guys always won. In one of her flicks (I don't remember which one) she apprehends a guy on a beach, ties him to a pole, strips him, and lets her piano wire do the rest as she gets revenge for one thing or another. OUCH!

I have her at #37. She doesn't have nearly the amount of sex in her movies as many of those above her. I think her appeal back then to us teens was "Here's a chick only a few years removed from the girls on my high school lacrosse team that I'm banging!" (Also, anyone named "Ginger" MUST be a hot chick, no?)
